We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery to all of our customers both within Australia and internationally. Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. Dispatch Times

All orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days. During high-volume periods (such as new collection launches or sales), please allow up to 3 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or equivalent courier partners.
Typical delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method.

  • Standard shipping for orders below $150: $9.90 (AUD)
  • Express shipping for orders below $250: $15 (AUD)

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $150 (AUD)
  • Free express shipping for orders over $250 (AUD)

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide using Australia Post International, DHL, or similar express couriers.

NZ Shipping:

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150 (AUD)
  • Standard shipping for orders below $150(AUD) : $14.5 (NZD) — 5 to 10 Business Days
  • Express shipping: $24.9 (NZD) —  3 to 6 Business Days

USA:  

  • Free Shipping over $199 (USD) 
  • Standard shipping $15 (USD) — 5 to 15 Business Days
  • Express shipping: $24 (USD) — 3 to 7 Business Days

Canada:  

  • Standard shipping $14 (CAD) — 5 to 15 Business Days
  • Express shipping: $24 (CAD) — 3 to 7 Business Days

UK & Ireland Shipping:

  • Standard shipping: $35 (AUD) — 5 to 8 Business Days
  • Express shipping: $49 (AUD) — 3 to 6 Business Days

International delivery times vary depending on customs clearance, destination, and carrier workload. In rare cases where it applies, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by their country upon arrival.


4. Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delays & Missing Parcels

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by postal or customs services.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link and contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.
We will always do our best to assist in locating delayed or missing parcels.


6. Order Changes

Please review your shipping details carefully before checkout.
Once an order is processed, we may be unable to make changes to the shipping address or contents.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos where applicable.
We’ll investigate with the courier and work with you toward a fair resolution.
