Refund policy

Please allow 24–48 hours for your request to be processed.

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@seventhirtywear.com. Once accepted, we'll send through all instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind
  • If we don't receive your return within 30 days of approval and haven't heard from you, the request will be closed

Exchanges

For sizing and fit issues, we offer exchanges or store credit.

To request an exchange, email hello@seventhirtywear.com with your order number and the new size you need. Once approved, return your original item and we'll send out the new size upon receipt.

If your requested size has sold out, we'll issue store credit. If you'd like help with sizing before reordering, our team is happy to help.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — and if the item is faulty, we'll cover return shipping costs.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Unfortunately, we're also unable to accept returns and exchanges on UK, USA and Canada at this stage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days — please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post it.
